Meal Prep Architect

This company began in 2020, inspired by a friend of one of our chefs who was too busy to cook lunches and dinner with his work schedule.

We now service over 20 clients and have introduced a flash freeze option to increase our reach across the US. These quick and easy meals are still homemade and close to the heart, while also feeding the soul with a healthy and balanced plate.
